Robert worked as the Curator at the Scottish Maritime Museum from 1986 to 1989 and played a key role in the preservation of the Linthouse Engine Shop, the largest building in Britain saved by relocation. He has also worked on the 1996 restoration of the Lambley Viaduct in the North Pennines. A full CV can be requested by email
